Discount GPS Navigation customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Discount GPS Navigation. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.

Discount GPS Navigation will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA# ,email us at:

customerservice@discountgpsnavigation.com  A customer service representative will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Discount GPS Navigation will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 30 days after shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns of defective product.  RA#'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Restocking Fees:


Non-defective merchandise returned to Discount GPS Navigation for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original packaging and condition within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.

30-day Returns and Customer Service
If not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund and make sure it's in like-new condition, pack it all (remote, manual, etc.) securely in the original packaging, and call us for a return authorization number.
